Seattle native Erica Clibborn thrives on living locally. When she lived Downtown, she contributed to the transformation and expansion of Seattle’s Downtown communities. Her first-hand experience with the city’s major developers and coveted addresses gave her intimate knowledge of the area’s structures and architecture. Her engagement with the Downtown lifestyle led to a comprehensive understanding of the neighborhood’s nightlife and culture.
 
In her twenty years of experience buying and selling for up-and-coming families and professionals, she has forged invaluable connections and earned the respect of her peers. In 2012, she joined Forum XXII, an invitation-only network of 22 elite Seattle agents. The group meets monthly to share expertise, exchange ideas, and encourage cooperation among industry leaders. She is also one of 12 Executive Directors for Windermere’s Premier Properties program, a role designated for real estate agents that are knowledgeable of the market’s most distinctive listings.

As a current Madison Park resident, she and her husband find joy in supporting the neighborhood’s growth and improvement through local activities and volunteer work with Seattle Children’s Hospital, Forgotten Children’s Fund and the Windermere Foundation. Her 2010 partnership with Windermere Real Estate provided the perfect platform for her burgeoning in-city expertise. She applies a “Downtown-energy” to her work in Seattle’s many neighborhoods.
